steps to feeling like a boss on a tuesday
- wake up early
- only hit snooze button twice
- read the news before work
- finish reading early enough to go for a run
- plan on running 3 miles, run 4 instead
- make it challenging by throwing in a few hills
- get back home, complete a quick upper body workout
- make breakfast
- bike to work
- make it to my desk on time
Man, Tuesdays are usually a drag. Today was an exception. I said over and over again to myself, “No. Today is going to be a good day.” Positivity is key. Hope y’all are having a good day, too.
