gpoyw: revived family photo edition Pretty sure I’ve shared this picture at least once before, but it is by far one of my favorites. The scene: Spring 1989, New Jersey, outside the church where my brother and sister were baptized. I have vague yet fond memories of that time, and I especially miss that bowtie/suspender combo I was rocking. Sadly, it’s also one of the few I can find with all the members of my nuclear family. I’ve been forgetting to scan this photo every time I visit my mom’s house. The other day, I remembered my sister sent me a digital copy months ago. Couple that with a sweet Groupon deal, and voila: our beloved family photo is now on a 16” x 20” canvas, hanging in my room.  The next photo revival project: my parent’s engagement photo, from November 1984. Stay tuned.
